Impact analysis of CBRN Incident

Serving Industries

NARDA identifies contaminated areas after CBRN incidents occur and provides warning and reporting capabilities to manage CBRN incidents in different CBRN commanding levels.

Emergency Management

Depending on evaluated data Safekit can provide protection guide against incident and treatment principles to victims. This emergency chain management is completed to find best possible way to reach the specified targets in contaminated zone and escape from this zone to accomplish a mission.

Defence & Security

Depending on evaluated data Safekit can provide protection guide against incident and treatment principles to victims. This emergency chain management is completed to find best possible way to reach the specified targets in contaminated zone and escape from this zone to accomplish a mission.

Transportation (HAZMAT)

Depending on evaluated data Safekit can provide protection guide against incident and treatment principles to victims. This emergency chain management is completed to find best possible way to reach the specified targets in contaminated zone and escape from this zone to accomplish a mission.

Information Technologies

Depending on evaluated data Safekit can provide protection guide against incident and treatment principles to victims. This emergency chain management is completed to find best possible way to reach the specified targets in contaminated zone and escape from this zone to accomplish a mission.

CBRN Incident Management with NATO CBRN W&R SYSTEM

NARDA supports CBRN Incident Management with the ability to calculate CBRN hazard estimation and calculation in NATO CBRN STANAGS standards, including 2D contamination dispersion and impact analysis of CBRN agents.

  • BWR (Basic Wind Report)
  • CDR (Chemical Downwind Report)
  • EDR (Effective Downwind Report)
  • HAZWARN (Hazard Warning)
  • MIR (Missile Interceptor Report)
  • MWR (Missile Warning Report)
  • SITREP (Situation Report)
  • SUM (Summary)
  • STRIKWARN (Nuclear Strike Warning)
CE

Calculation Engine

The NATO ATP & AEP approach mainly focuses on identifying contaminated areas caused by chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear agents using the optimum tolerance level. The engineering solution is helpful for emergencies, as it works quickly, and the contaminated area is estimated in seconds.

Depending on NATO ATP & AEP standards, NARDA produces solutions by taking into account the type or name of an agent, its volatile or permanent state, the way the agent is used (with a bomb, missile, etc.), the location of the explosion (in the air, on the surface, etc.), and meteorology parameters.

Contaminated Area Determination

• Clustering of Observation Messages
• Calculation of Evaluated Data / CBRN Incident
• CBRN Downwind Hazard Area Calculation
• Recalculate predicted downwind hazard areas after significant weather
• Hazard Area Calculation from Missile Interception
• Calculation of CBRN Downwind Hazard Area for Unobserved Incidents.
• Actual Contaminated Areas Calculation

RE

Rule Engine

According to NATO STANAG standards Rule Engine provides the validation & verification of CBRN Messages.

Supported NATO STANAG Standards:

• Adapt Baseline 16
• Adapt Baseline 15
• APP 11
• ATP 45 F v2 & v3 Validation Tables
• AEP 45 E System verifications

IAC

Impact Anaysis of CBRN Incident

The time it takes for CBRN substances used in CBRN incident to reach a designated point within the hazard area can be calculated using CBRN 3 messages calculated using the Meteorological Report.

After entering and calculating a CBRN report the operator can see which units have been affected and which are in the clear
